Tilsen

“I spend a lot of time reflecting on my life and my relationships,” she laughs, “I sort of document my thoughts and feelings in my lyrics”.

Tilsen was singing before she could speak. As the daughter of an opera singer, she formed a deep affinity with the human voice. Tilsen’s songs explore real love; the highs and lows, the ecstasy and the pain. Her vocals are intimate as if she is singing her lyrics from between the sheets and into her lover’s ear. Coupled with catchy productions and melodies, vulnerable vocals and bold conversational lyrics, Tilsen tells a love story that is relatable to anyone who has experienced love and heartbreak.

“In my body is unlike any previous singles of mine, which focus on my relationship dynamics with other people. Instead, the song is about my relationship with myself.”

“In My Body is unlike any previous singles of mine, which focus on my relationship dynamics with other people. Instead, the song is about my relationship with myself. This first in my catalogue is an uncovering of my internal battle with facing the challenges in my life that I’ve been repressing. I feel stuck in my life, and know I have to move on in order to build a life where I can find happiness. I hope that anyone struggling along their journey will find comfort in knowing they’re not alone. In My Body has a catchy modern pop and dance production which makes you dance through the pain and leaves you feeling optimistic, believing that both you and I will find a way out of our current unhappy circumstances.”

How did you find your way into the NFT space as a musician?

“I was introduced to the label Global Rockstar through my producers. They have an amazing and novel way of releasing music. By creating NFTs fans can own the music they love!”

What do you think musicians can gain by selling their work in the NFT space?

“I think that they are allowing fans to take part in the process of music creation and ownership of music that they love, while being able to release more music with that support.

What’s it been like working with Global Rockstar Music?
